Ever wish Savasana would last forever? Or at least more than 10 minutes? You’re not alone! Come to the coolest event in Jupiter, The Savasana Listening Party. It’s Yoga Nidra for music lovers! You choose either Restorative yoga poses or a supported Savasana while inspirational, healing music swirls around you and you float into Bliss! The featured song for this edition will be “Imagine”. Masks are optional on your mat. Props are limited, so bring mat, blanket or bolsters to be comfy.
