Time to rest, relax and go within. This is where the healing happens. Connect to the calm, quiet and peace within. Be gently guided through restorative yoga poses while the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls swirl around and within you. Masks are optional on your mat. Props are limited, so bring mat, blanket or bolsters to be comfy.
