Price:

  • All weekly classes are $10/person.
  • Cash, check to Green Tara Yoga or credit cards are accepted.
  • Workshops, special events or specialty classes will vary.

Etiquette and What to Expect:

  • Please arrive early for class. The studio door will be locked at 5 minutes after class start time.
  • Cellphones off or silenced please.
  • Advise the teacher of any injury or modifications necessary.
  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing but not too loose.
  • Yoga is practiced barefooted, but non slip socks are acceptable.
  • Bring a yoga mat. We do have loaners if needed.
  • Now enjoy your yoga!!

Studio Covid19 Protocols

1. Students MUST bring their own mats and props.
2. Do NOT come to class if you have a cough or fever. The teacher will ask you to leave.
3. All studio mats and props have been removed.
4. Mat spaces have been marked 6ft apart. Please setup in a marked space.

5. Masks are required at ALL TIMES for students and teachers. Do NOT remove for practice.
6. No hands on assists by teachers.
7. Namaste NOT hugs.
8. Please bring your mat, shoes and personal items to your mat space, not the cubbies, to avoid crowding around the shelves.
9. A few mats and blocks will be for sale.

10. Classes are limited to 14 students, 1 teacher. Classes are first come, first served. No reservations or holding of spaces.
11. A few classes will be offered live on Zoom. The schedule is on our website.
12. Surfaces will be sanitized after each class.  Mist sanitizer used in studio.
13. Use your own pen if possible when signing in.

A few studio classes will be offered via ZOOM for remote participation. The studio is limited to 14 students due to social distancing, so this option will allow more people to attend. Each teacher will manage their online students. Please contact the teacher directly for the classes below. Classes are $10 and you must prepay at least one hour prior to class.

This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
