- All weekly classes are $10/person.
No Preregistration necessary. - Cash, Venmo, check to Green Tara Yoga or credit cards are accepted.
- Workshops, special events or specialty classes will vary.
Etiquette and What to Expect:
- Please arrive early for class. The studio door will be locked at 5 minutes after class start time.
- Cellphones off or silenced please.
- Advise the teacher of any injury or modifications necessary.
- Wear comfortable stretchy clothing but not too loose.
- Yoga is practiced barefooted, but non slip socks are acceptable.
- Bring a yoga mat. We do have loaners if needed.
- Now enjoy your yoga!!
Studio Covid19 Protocols
1. Masks are optional.
2. Do not come to class if you have a cough, are sick or have a fever.
3. Maintain social distancing when possible.
4. Please clean studio props after use with sanitizing wipes.
5. A few classes will be offered live on Zoom. The schedule is on our website.
6. Surfaces will be sanitized after each class.

This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

This event will bring balance to the everyday “wear and tear” on your muscles and joints by stretching the connective tissues, releasing fascia and lactic acid build up. Reconnect with deeper breath to soothe and reset your central nervous system, strengthen your immune system, and deepen your intuitive connection to your Higher Self – aka your Soul.
