It’s yoga storytime folks! Join Mary Veal for the story of our beloved monkey God Hanuman while we enjoy a gentle and slow Yin Yoga practice. Hanuman is the quintessential Bhakti Yogi showing us the path of love and devotion. The ancient mythological tales are full of symbolism and hold many lessons for the modern day yogi. Pajamas are optional but encouraged! Pay on arrival.
