Start your New Year with the sacred practice of 108 Sun Salutations. Join Mary Veal and several Green Tara teachers starting at 10am New Year’s Day to ring in 2019 the yogi way! We’ll have charts of the poses, an easy way to count and a “go at your own pace” practice. The GTY teachers will be there to cheer you on, offer modifications and practice right along your side. Start your New Year by honoring yourself and this sacred tradition. And remember, it’s about the practice, not the number. You may do any number of Sun Salutations of your choice, ie 54, 36, 27, 18, or 9.
