Elevate Your Sequencing with Holly Briscoe

Holly will be helping you sharpen your sequencing skills! If you are a yoga teacher looking for more information or inspiration OR a yogi who likes to practice on your own, this 2 hour discussion class will give you more confidence in your practice. We will dig deeper into various forms of warm ups, learn to structure your practice to achieve specific goals for students and/or private clients, avoid injury, learn to customize postures for emotional intentions and SO much more! Holly has been teaching yoga full time locally for over 18 years.
