Join Mary Veal for an evening with a slideshow and stories from her African Safari Yoga Retreat in Tanzania in 2016. Be captivated by the adventures of 14 yogis as they traveled through the Serengeti observing the wildlife, interacting with families and learning about this enchanting country.
Technology permitting, we’ll be joined via conference call from Africa by Ismail Mshana, the trip leader from the our last safari. He’ll also be joining us in 2020 for our return to Tanzania! If you are interested in our trip in July 2020, there will be plenty of time for a Q & A session after the slideshow to discuss all the details and logistics of the trip and for you to ask lots of questions.

Slow, steady, and mindfully paced Hatha Yoga workshop style class. Learn to practice from self awareness as opposed to self consciousness in this alignment focused class. Learn the poses with proper form and safety for your body: bringing the pose to your body and never forcing your body into the pose. This class is great for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

It’s yoga storytime folks! Join Mary Veal for the story of our beloved elephant headed Ganesha while we enjoy a gentle and slow Yin Yoga practice. Ganesha is one of the best known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu tradition. The ancient mythological tales are full of symbolism and hold many lessons for the modern day yogi. Pajamas are optional by encouraged! Pay on arrival.

In this two hour workshop you will discover the basics of Transformational Breath® and develop an aware of your breathing pattern. Join Dr. Bella and experience the power that comes when you consciously connect with your own breath.
Transformational Breath® is a self-empowering and deeply healing breathing system that brings higher vibrational energy into the body through utilizing a specific breathing pattern. You will experience the benefits and application of a full, deep, connected breath, which eliminate restrictive breathing patterns to heal yourself on all levels of your being; Body, Mind & Spirit.
You will lie down on a mat, with cushions and blankets. It is quite effortless and relaxing. Just close your eyes, let go into the moment and receive whatever gifts and guidance you may need at that time. Your breath and the music will be guided to journey inside and take you on a sensory ride! We facilitate you using acupressure techniques, affirmations, toning and sound therapy to help detox the body and clear the mind.
Dr Bella Lauren DOM, AP is co-owner and holistic physician at Agape Healing Arts Health and Wellness Center in Tequesta Fl. She has several complementary licenses and certifications in the healing arts and practices a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist and Midwife. She is passionate about her life’s mission as a teacher and guide as she sets out daily to empower others to find the great healer that lives within.
