No yoga attire or mats are necessary for participation. Musical instruments are encouraged. Come as you are and enjoy the experience!

This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
