Slow, steady, and mindfully paced Hatha Yoga workshop style class. Learn to practice from self awareness as opposed to self consciousness in this alignment focused class. Learn the poses with proper form and safety for your body: bringing the pose to your body and never forcing your body into the pose. This class is great for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Enjoy gentle yoga poses, yummy stretching, relaxing pranayama breathing techniques and aromatherapy in The No Stress Zone at Green Tara Yoga.
