Fun Flow with Sarah Navarre Dixon

Fun Flow starts slow as we connect with our breath and settle into the present moment. Come learn how to give and receive Vedic Thai Yoga Massage at this monthly community event. Bring your partner, family, friends, meet new people of like mind and learn how to share this healing art form.

Thai massage is considered the main system of healthcare among the Thai culture. Characterized by hypnotic rhythmical compressions that stimulate energy pathways and assisted yoga stretches that open and relax the body, it is a joy to give and receive. Family and friends in Thailand treat each other regularly to maintain health and happiness. Help us bring this holistic folk art and practice to our community.

Come dressed in comfortable yoga clothing, bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a smile. 1st Sunday of each month!
