Yoga for Pregnancy Immersion

Slow, steady, and mindfully paced Hatha Yoga workshop style class. Learn to practice from self awareness as opposed to self consciousness in this alignment focused class. Learn the poses with proper form and safety for your body: bringing the pose to your body and never forcing your body into the pose. This class is great for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

This yoga class incorporates elements of self massage, yoga therapeutics, unique alignment sequencing with props as well as emphasis on the healing effects of breathing.
