HEART Meditation
(Healing Energy Alchemy Reiki Therapy)
Have you ever wondered if you could hold that awesome floaty “savasana space” for an extended amount of time? Have you ever wondered if you could relax and clear your mind without all the yoga postures? The answer is YES! This one hour class is a partially guided meditation with Holly working her reiki/alchemy/energy magic on you. Tune in and tune up … let the healing begin!
Fun Flow starts slow as we connect with our breath and settle into the present moment. This class will open the body with restorative postures that will ease the way into a flow designed to celebrate creative movement and reconnecting to spirit, while encouraging an attitude of lightness and humor.
Some days you may honor your strength and take the most challenging variation, and some days a slower, more easeful practice. Enjoy a funky playlist and absorb all the collective energy. Ancient yogic teachings are shared in this class in an accessible way, with an emphasis on how they can be practiced in everyday life. Downward dog dance parties are encouraged!

Slow, steady, and mindfully paced Hatha Yoga workshop style class. Learn to practice from self awareness as opposed to self consciousness in this alignment focused class. Learn the poses with proper form and safety for your body: bringing the pose to your body and never forcing your body into the pose. This class is great for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
This moderately paced class offers signature YogaWorks sequencing: a slow warm up, building up to stronger postures to align and stabilize, a splash or two of vinyasa with a stretchy meditative finish. YogaWorks is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
