Ancient yogic teachings are shared in this class in an accessible way, with an emphasis on how they can be practiced in everyday life. Downward dog dance parties are encouraged!

Every month Julie will present a new theme related to the Crossing for a Cure — an epic paddle adventure from the Bahamas to Florida. Each class will include asana, storytelling and Q&A; some classes will include guest speakers, group discussions, partner activities, decorations, swag, raffles and snacks.
