You put Love into ALL you do… Let’s put some LOVE back into YOU!

Join us for an afternoon of Self-love, Education and Relaxation. Mary-Jo Rubin, a Physical Therapist/Acupuncture/Acupressure specialist will guide us through several pressure points specifically to reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Then, Mary Peterson, a licensed massage therapist and essential oils advocate will educate us about essential oils we can use to reduce these stress symptoms. Finally, Meegan Gibson a certified Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and breath teacher/Sound Healer will teach a breathing technique and Kundalini mantra to be free of insecurities which block freedom and rid yourself of inner stress. Ending with a vibrational sound healing for total relaxation.

This class will open the body with restorative postures that will ease the way into a flow designed to celebrate creative movement and reconnecting to spirit, while encouraging an attitude of lightness and humor.


Some days you may honor your strength and take the most challenging variation, and some days a slower, more easeful practice. Enjoy a funky playlist and absorb all the collective energy. Ancient yogic teachings are shared in this class in an accessible way, with an emphasis on how they can be practiced in everyday life. Downward dog dance parties are encouraged!

Thai massage is considered the main system of healthcare among the Thai culture. Characterized by hypnotic rhythmical compressions that stimulate energy pathways and assisted yoga stretches that open and relax the body, it is a joy to give and receive. Family and friends in Thailand treat each other regularly to maintain health and happiness. Help us bring this holistic folk art and practice to our community.

Come dressed in comfortable yoga clothing, bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a smile. 1st Sunday of each month!
